Need Production/Creative Space in Venice (and vicinity)

Seeking production/creative space immediately, preferably in Venice (or if the situation is good, surrounding areas). We are a creative production boutique based in Venice with a solid national track of eight years. We seek a sublet, or one year plus contract, that offers creative production space with common area/screening room. We can operate with a one office situation and preferably additional desk or desks as production demands. We are good at sharing space with like-minded synergistic creative/production/post production facilities. Thanks in advance.
